Food for Thought

Rick has a wonderful way with words. I was privileged to be interviewed by him, which felt much more like 2 friends enjoying a good catch up. But in listening to his other episodes, I really appreciate the perspective and attention to detail which make me more thoughtful on his chosen subjects. In a world where media spoon feeds their rhetoric to us;
it is wonderful to listen to someone who opens the door to critical thinking and self reflection.
